Return & Refund

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Damages & Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receiving. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately or within 48 hours so we can assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it promptly.

No Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, we do accept returns for a refund, provided the items meet the return requirements outlined above.

If you wish to change the color or style of an item, the most efficient option is to return the original item (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging) for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.

Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
