Late Delivery
Please be advised that delivery to certain remote areas may take longer than anticipated. The provided delivery dates are estimated based on the shipment date, including processing time. Delays may occur due to factors such as incorrect shipping addresses, inclement weather, customs clearance procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Customs & Duties Fees
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, import taxes, and fees associated with their purchase. We strongly recommend reviewing your local customs regulations before placing an order. KONRI is not responsible for covering these costs.
Tracking Number
Once your payment has been successfully processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Upon receiving the confirmation email, your order will begin processing.
Lost / Stolen Package
KONRI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with the respective courier if you think your package is lost or stolen. Do refer back to your tracking number sent to your email.
Change / Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Please note that any errors in the delivery address may lead to significant delays, and such orders are non-refundable. Once an order has been fulfilled, changes to the shipping address can no longer be made. We strongly recommend double-checking your address before finalizing your order. For any orders returned due to incomplete, incorrect addresses, or uncollected parcels, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to the corrected address.
